Sales Associate (Commission Based)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Associate to join our team on a commission-based model. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth while collaborating with technical teams to deliver top-quality IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and nurture leads through networking and digital channels
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for different client segments
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships with a customer-first approach
  • Create proposals, sales pitches, and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with technical teams for seamless project delivery
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Keep track of client interactions and update CRM tools regularly
  • Stay updated with the latest market trends and competitor strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in sales or business development

Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Basic understanding of IT services and digital solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with lead generation platforms and social media marketing
  • Knowledge of sales analytics and reporting tools

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
